I am not gonna lie, a little wordy for my liking, and I can’t even really be really sure what he means.  But from the last two lines I am going to draw my own conclusion….Take life as it comes and enjoy it.

Forgiveness sets us free.  It is not really about anyone but ourselves.  When we forgive we can move on and leave a host of baggage behind.  It is about letting ourselves leave the past in the past, and letting the future come to us as it may.  The more we forgive others, and most of all forgive ourselves, the better off we will be.
